All orders are processed after successful payment verification. Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is any significant delay in processing your order, our support team will notify you using the contact details provided during checkout.

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, ADCE.IN works with trusted courier and logistics partners. The shipping carrier may vary depending on your delivery location, package size, and service availability.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 5 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 3 to 7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5 to 10 business days

These are estimated delivery times only. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, courier operations, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. From time to time, ADCE.IN may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

ADCE.IN shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer was unavailable to receive the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Packaging

Every product is carefully packed using suitable protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Our team takes reasonable precautions to ensure products are securely packaged before dispatch.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video before opening the package.

In the event of any damage, missing items, or non-working products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos. This will help us investigate the issue and process your request efficiently.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or any other customer-related reason, the order may be returned to ADCE.IN.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may be applicable before the order is dispatched again.

International Shipping

Currently, ADCE.IN ships products within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
