Most products sold on ADCE.IN are second-hand computer components and are tested before dispatch.

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products are not eligible for refund due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, compatibility issues, or personal preference.

If a product is found to be defective upon delivery and is covered under the stated warranty, customers should contact our support team within the applicable warranty period. After verification, we may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Products damaged due to physical damage, improper installation, misuse, liquid damage, electrical faults, overclocking, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under warranty or refund.

Returned products must include all original accessories and should be in the same condition in which they were received.

Digital products, downloadable content, online courses, activation keys, and other non-physical items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after successful inspection of the returned item.
